1-1 These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the contractual relationship between ANKA ELEVATION<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as ” ANKA ELEVATION<\/strong>“) and any person (hereinafter referred to as “the customer”) who places an order on the merchant website (hereinafter referred to as “the site”) via the following address: anka-elevation.com<\/p>\n

1.2 –<\/strong> This site is published by ANKA ELEVATION<\/strong>, registered with the Trade Register of EVRY<\/strong> under the number

1.3 –<\/strong> The present general conditions are applicable to all items offered for sale on the site, and are reserved for customers over 18 years of age who have full legal capacity.<\/p>\n

1.4 –<\/strong> Any order of one or several articles presented on the site implies the consultation and the acceptance without reserve, on behalf of the customer, of the present general conditions of sale as well as the applied tariffs. The present conditions prevail over any other document as well as over the general sales conditions of the customer’s country.<\/p>\n

1.5 –<\/strong> Any failure on the part of ANKA ELEVATION<\/strong> to fulfill one of its obligations, as set forth in these general terms of sale, may not be interpreted by the customer as a waiver of the general terms of sale.

2.1 –<\/strong> The articles and promotional offers, present on the site, are proposed with the sale within the limit of stocks available and for the offers, until the term of their validity. The presence of an item on the site does not guarantee its availability in stock.<\/p>\n

3.1 –<\/strong> Orders are placed on the site at the following address: anka-elevation.com
The items offered for sale are subject to availability. In case of unavailability of a product, the customer will be informed, after placing his order, by e-mail or by mail. The order will only be validated once the customer has paid in full. ANKA ELEVATION<\/strong> reserves the right to refuse certain orders that are deemed invalid.<\/p>\n

3.2 – Validation of the order :<\/strong>
If the customer wants to buy one or more items, he\/she will have to select a model or its reference, define the quantity and then click on “Buy”. The basket summarizes the customer’s selection and allows him to modify his order. To validate the chosen products, the customer must click on “order”.
The customer will then have to choose his payment method, pay the amount of the order and validate the information that appears on the final order form. An order number will be assigned to the customer. ANKA ELEVATION<\/strong> will keep the recording of the order as proof of the contractual relationship between the parties.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The prices indicated on the site are in euros and include all taxes (French VAT included). Any possible change in the legal rate of the French VAT will be reflected in the price of the products presented on the site.
The prices do not include the postage and packing costs which are at the customer’s expense and which will be specified to him at the time of the registration of his order.

5.1 – Terms of payment by credit card :<\/strong>
The customer will be able to pay for his purchases directly on the site. The amount of the order will be debited only at the time of its validation. The payment by credit card is secured by an encryption system.
Consequently, ANKA ELEVATION<\/strong> cannot access the customer’s card number which is transmitted in complete confidentiality. Only national bank cards will be accepted by the security system as well as Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

6.1 – Transportation arrangements :<\/strong>
Orders can be delivered anywhere in the world. ANKA ELEVATION <\/strong> reserves the right to choose the appropriate mode of transportation. The orders will be delivered in France by Colissimo or another operator.<\/p>\n

6.2 –<\/strong> The delivery of the products will be effective only after collection of the total amount of the order. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. Consequently, the contact information transmitted by the client is considered to be accurate and will not engage the responsibility of ANKA ELEVATION<\/strong> in the event of a dispute. In case of absence of the customer at the time of the delivery, the carrier will leave a notice of passage at the indicated address.<\/p>\n

6.3 –<\/strong> The average delivery time is 10 days. It is given as an indication only and does not constitute a firm commitment on our part.<\/p>\n

6.4 –<\/strong> Delivery outside metropolitan France :
The shipping costs indicated at the time of the order are only for deliveries in metropolitan France. The delivery rates, outside metropolitan France, will be calculated as soon as the customer has specified the country to which he wishes to be delivered.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
