Faced with this dream opportunity, he chooses to keep the secret carefully to himself and comes up with a strategy to protect it — until an unexpected situation forces him to make a new choice: keep the secret, or reveal it. This realistic tale was created to help children better understand the idea of keeping a secret.

"Aaron and the Sweet Secret" is a tale written to clarify the concept of secrets and aims to protect children from all forms of violence. According to the author, the concept of a "secret" — which can be used for positive events as well as a means of pressuring a child — unfortunately tends to foster violence against them. The main goals of this book are to recognize good secrets (sweet ones) from bad secrets (poisonous ones), to understand the impact of a poisonous secret, and to know what to do in that case.
